Caesars NT And SL Green Bolster Times Square Casino Bid

Most recently, Caesars Entertainment and SL Green Realty announced a new Caesars Reward® partnership for the state casino bid in New York City. With the new expansion of Rewards, members can convert Rewards credits into gift cards and use them in hotels, restaurants, and clubs in New York City.

A few months ago, two companies affiliated with Jay-Z's Rock Nation reported plans to host Caesars Palace Times Square in Manhattan, New York. To do so, one of three commercial casino licenses for the Downstate area must be approved. The winner of the bid will be announced by the state sometime in 2023.

The new Caesars Rewards program allows members to use reward credits on gift cards that will be applied to participating local businesses. This will allow gambling operators to inject millions of new U.S. dollars into the local economy. Members will also be able to earn credits using Caesars Rewards from participating businesses.

Commenting on the new program, Caesars Entertainment CEO Tom Reed argued that Caesars Reward is the largest and most successful game loyalty program in the world and is perfectly suited to New York City. He added that with the expansion of the program, the company hopes to add more good jobs with casino bids and support the growth of small businesses.

With more than 60 million members, Caesar's initiative is the largest loyalty program in the gambling world. It is also consistently recognized as one of the best in the industry at the Global Gaming Awards and the USA Today Leaders' Choice Awards, and a fully connected ecosystem of games and hospitality with more than 50 destinations is closely linked to the program.

Members of the loyalty initiative can earn and redeem credits for their favorite experiences over the network. In addition, members have access to exclusive benefits and membership fees from all of Caesars Rewards' destinations, invitation-only events and once-in-a-lifetime experiences thanks to the extensive collection of sports, entertainment, celebrity chefs and travel partnerships.

After the first team collaboration between Caesars Ent. and SL Green, it was announced in December that the Rock Nation Entertainment Agency would also be part of the project. The proposed project will be located at 1515 Broadway and includes a 250,000-square-foot gaming floor and a 950-room hotel. It is also worth mentioning that it will be fully privately funded.
