The March tally was up 262.7% year-over-year.

Lotte Tour's casino sales improved 327.9% to nearly 7 billion won in the first quarter of 2024, while table game sales at foreign-only casinos rose 358.7% year-on-year to 66.41 billion won.

Lotte Tourism pointed out that casino sales are calculated in the order of fees paid to dealerships, which is slightly different from the industry sales data compiled by the Korea Casino Association.

Last month's tally of machine game sales was nearly 1.29 billion won, up 10.3 percent from February. The result was an 83.7 percent increase from the previous year.

Lotte Tour announced in January that it recorded a net loss of 203.55 billion won for the full year 2023, up 9.4% from the same period last year.
